We want our creativity and our musical identity brought to life. Often our musical taste can give us some clues.
We don't want to limit ourselves because we are NOT MUSICIANS. Yet we want to leverage on that. Trust me, you don't want to become one. You want probably a new version of yourself who REALLY plays guitar and OWNS your songs (not random licks and noodlings). So we come from our "nostalgia" to the stage by leveraging our creativity driving us since day one.
With this framework, I could help you re-engineer your identity and step into the spotlight in just six months. This is about becoming a guitar player, as a non musician. You will create your own MUSICAL OASIS. This space where your transformation takes place is called El Mago Club—a private community for those who have decided to stop being mere "instrument owners" and become artists who bring to life their own music, whether they are playing, singing or working on their wellness. Your guitar is your amazing wellness asset.
I was playing at a private gathering in Clearwater FL, when one of the guests, (i found later he was a succesful business person) approached me.
He was wealthy. Respected. Looking Happy. The kind of person who, from the outside, had it all figured out. He was really kind when he mentioned he felt a spark of envy by watching me. Not in a bitter way but In a playful, yet most importantly sincere way.
He had everything. Except the one thing he wanted most: to make a living from his passion. He owned a beautiful guitar. A premium instrument. Abandoned, right on a corner in his place.
He felt guilty every time he looked at it. Because he got the feeling he was a coward for letting it go silent.
That conversation didn't just stay with me. It haunted me. Because I realized: this is an epidemic no one talks about.
There are many professionals, active retirees and business persons climbing every mountain in their career, providing for their families, respected in their fields who feel a profound disconnection between their external achievements and their internal creative identity.
They don't need another business coach. They don't need another productivity system.
They need to reclaim the part of themselves they just left behind. And the guitar — the one they bought with such a deep meaning in their hearts, the one they thought would bring them joy — has become a monument... to their regret.
For years, I thought the answer was the traditional music education system. You know how it is: Learn theory. Practice scales. Spend years grinding through the "Pentatonic Prison" before you ever play a song that actually matters to you. But that system was designed for children, mostly... And, don't get me wrong, it wasn't the teacher... It was the actual system who didn't have the answer for Adults on their quest to rescue their musical Identity.
IS the system that treats time like it's infinite. It treats mistakes like they're educational. It treats the student like they have nothing else going on in their life. An obstacle race. It brings more burnout that songs on your hands.
That's not how NON MUSICIANS learn. That's not how transformation works.
I spent years training 1,300+ adults in high-pressure environments. I coordinated 12 car dealerships across Venezuela, where productivity, standards, and tons of corporate policys are solving problems that many times, clients don't have.
I coached entrepreneurs building sustainable businesses during economic collapse. I worked with high-net-worth investors and retirees protecting their wealth, independence, and dignity (very important this days).
And through it all, I led a music trio — playing bossa nova, boleros, intimate live sets for private gatherings. That wasn't a side project. That was my laboratory. That was a sort of escape, but very obssesively developed and brought to reality with some good help: people who supported me, and the quest for seeking a version of myself that never quits.
I watched people respond to live music in ways nothing else could make it. I saw how music creates connection, memory, and presence in a way no business strategy, no product, no service ever could.
Here's what I discovered:
Adults don't fail at guitar because they're incapable. They fail because the system doesn't respect their reality.
They're told to start from zero — as if their maturity, discipline, and professional success don't matter.
They're thrown into "Tutorial Hell" — an endless cycle of YouTube videos, beginner courses, and practice routines that never lead to playing actual songs.
They're treated like children — given theory designed for 10-year-olds, expected to spend years before they ever feel confident picking up the instrument in front of another person.
That's not education. That's gatekeeping. And it's the reason your guitar is silent.
We can estimate at a glance, the cost of doing nothing... See this slides down below: ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
So I built something different.
I reverse-engineered every pattern I used to scale dealerships, help entrepreneurs build businesses, and train professionals under constraint — and I applied it to music, playing, performing and creating experiences worth to re-create.
I created the M.A.G.I.C. Framework (Mastery, Authenticity, Golden Era, Intention, Connection) — a system that respects the maturity, discipline, and existing skills of a high-achiever, and leverages them instead of ignoring them.
I designed a 6-month roadmap that takes someone from "Guilty Collector" to "Confident Guitarist" — not by making them memorize theory, but by engineering their identity through strategic practice, emotional architecture, and a guaranteed live performance milestone.
I built El Mago Club — not as a program, but as a sanctuary, a music oasis, a new musical cave if you want to call it... where NON MUSICIANS, can integrate creativity back into their high-performance lives, reconnect with their voice, and step onto a stage (even if it's just in front of their family) as the artist they were always meant to be.
This isn't about escaping your life. It's about reclaiming the dimension of yourself that makes everything else feel complete.
AND THIS IS PLAYING FOR OTHERS... THIS IS TO GET YOU OUT OF THE BEDROOM, OUT FROM THE WALL, TO THE STAGE
We want our creativity and our musical identity (often our musical taste can give us some clues) brought to life.
We don't want to limit ourselves because we are NOT MUSICIANS. Yet we want to leverage on that. Trust me, you don't want to become one. You want probably a new version of yourself who REALLY plays guitar and OWNS your songs (not random licks and noodlings). So we come from our "nostalgia" to the stage with our creativity taking place since day one.
We don't teach you 1,000 techniques you'll never use. We focus on the 20% that produces 80% of REAL guitar sound — immediately. You're playing real songs from day one, not grinding through exercises designed for children. Not drowning into vast theory who many people (who doesn't play to that level) "love" to understand...
This isn't about learning to play guitar. It's about closing the gap between who you are in the daily life (mostly a busy, business and family high demanding enviroment) and who you've always wanted to be with an instrument in your hands. We integrate creativity back into your high-performance life — not as an escape, but as a completion.
In 6 months, you will perform live. First in a supportive open mic (to rehearse publicly and gain confidence). Then in an intimate, high-status setting — a private concert you design with us for the people who matter most. Non-negotiable. This is your legacy moment.
The guitar isn't just a creative outlet. It's a Wellness Asset. A structural intervention that keeps your mind sharp, regulates stress, and builds cognitive reserve. Playing music is one of the most powerful defenses against cognitive decline — and you're building that protection while creating memories your family will never forget.
This is NON MUSICIANS who played once, got their beloved guitar, and have it silent, wishing there was a way to play again, bypassing the many obstacles that took away some hopes and dreams.
NON MUSICIANS that probably climbed every mountain in their actual career and provided their your family (CATS AND DOGS ARE INCLUDED).
NON MUSICIANS that had earned respect in their field.
NON MUSICIANS with that version of themselves abandoned. With a voice that is silenced. A creative identity that's been waiting for them to stop making excuses and finally reclaim it.
NON MUSICIANS that need to overcome the fact they are not beginners.
NON MUSICIANS that I love to call "Returning Artists", who are not doing this alone anymore.
